August & September 2019 Clinics

Our Vet, Dr Butterfield, had her baby boy on August 7th, both are doing well.  However, with our vet on maternity leave, appointments will be covered by relief vets.  We will also be closed for approximately three weeks, in early September, for interior renovations.

This notice was first sent to those that had their appointment postponed do to the early delivery of Doc’s baby.  After 24 hours of us sending this email to those folks, we sent this same email to those on our appointment waiting list.  We are now posting this on our Blog & Facebook.  You may ask why that timeline matters to me.  Well, it means, the appointments will fill quickly, and you should book your cat’s appointment as soon as you get this.    😉

The relief vet can only do cats and small dogs, do to her physical limitations.  If you have a dog, under 40 to 50 pounds, please email us at, united4ape@gmail.com with your full name, full address, cell number, email address, dog’s name, breed, age, gender, color, and weight.  Please also include in the email, the dates that will work best for you.  Please list as many dates that work for you, to better you odds of us being able to fit you in.  😉

Please remember she prefers to only do dog’s around 40 pounds or smaller.  If your dog is over 50 pounds, she will ask for you to reschedule, when our other vet is back from maternity leave.

It is easiest to make appointments using a laptop, as some Smart Phones have a hard time displaying all the information and you may have to scroll to see everything.

To make an appointment please visit our websitewww.GoAPE.info, and click on the link in the blue box “Book Appointment”, found in the middle of the home page.

If you have a password, just use the “Sign in” option.

If you have used our clinics before, or if you contacted us to be on the waiting list, please select, “Already Visited the Practice”, and establish a password.  Next, it will ask you for your email address and a pet’s name.  The pet’s name can be any pet’s name that is in the system, or the name of a pet we used to mark you on the waiting list, which may be a fictitious name, for example “Barn Cat”.

To add additional pets, please, do not start over; please do not enter your name and address again.  Simply scroll to the right of your pet list and add them from there.  Every pet will need its own separate appointment.

If you have any questions, feel free to email us at united4ape@gmail.com.
